Looking to wholesale my first deal to finance a rental property. I would love to learn from those that are already in the game. Any advice would be extremely helpful.

My best advise is don't give any credit to the haters who are against wholesalers. You'll run across several that post comments on this forum, one that is FOR wholesalers. I'd say that if becoming financially able to purchase rental property via wholesaling is your goal, go for it. That's my goal as well. Congrats on your first deal, good luck and don't give up. Wholesaling is tough, but anything worth having is worth working for. Every one in the real estate business, including realtors who claim to be professionals, had to start somewhere with little to no experience.
