Undoubtedly, you can go through the whole transfer process as them adding you as a co-host as someone mentioned above, but then do they sell you their all the contents of the house to match those reviews you know own, do you sell the flower vase by the door or the furniture, and all the experiential elements that has thus far made this Airbnb unique and what it is.

The operating LLC has no assets, so it can bear an individual's name if that helps with marketing.Here is a graphic of the elements in asset protection, and LLC's and their names are part of this planning process:

This was not reported to me by PM.oThe main wood door ($400) was exposed to the element for such a long time that the wood is coming apart from the bottom to the middle of the door.

Yes you can search for your own deal and then hire out to get the property stabilized and rented, but it will take time and like you mentioned, there will be an added element of risk involved.

@Nic Cooper try hitting up some of the local REIAs in the area, you may find some decent connections there, or if there's a landlord association there you can visit to meet and interact with local investors that invest in multifamily.
