Just wanted to take a second and introduce myself. Excited to begin the real estate investing journey. I am currently looking to dive into my first investment. Buy & hold, commercial, and flipping are all strategies I am intrigued with and considering. I am a licensed real estate agent in Texas. Anyone have success recently in the DFW market? Be curious to hear feedback.
