THEN the brokers will start coming around.I dont have a ton of experience in this realm other than a few Multi's i have brokered over the years.. but my interaction with commercial brokers is such that one they are no BS guys the normal stuff a resi broker will do or put up with these guys and gals wont.they will cut you out in a blink of an eye..
