Real estate agent killed collecting rent!

Be careful out there, if at any time renters are not paying up and get verbal/agressive, leave it to the courts.  Never go collect on class D by yourself, and always carry (where legal).

They say this happened Friday.  who would be collecting rent on the 18th?  put a notice up!

@Maurice D. This is so sad and terrible. It is so dangerous to collect rent with cash and in person. As landlords we have to watch out for each other, move to P.O. Boxes, don’t give out your bank account, switch to digital or mobile payments. Document every piece of communication. Such sad news.
