I would think a consultant would be more independent, marketing services to the general public in certain areas of consultation.An architect or engineer would be a consultant.There are many areas of professional practice in real estate, accounting, economics, law, engineering, finance, marketing and management, enviornmental and physical sciences, geology, hydrology and more I'm sure.

Welcome to BP, Lavelle.Might use the search feature as to wholesailing pre-fore-closures, it's been discussed and since the laws that apply to pre-foreclosure issues are federal laws, yes, the apply to those of us in the mid-west and then there are state laws from state to state.There are some real issues playing with folks who have been given a notice of demand/foreclosure.

Neither of them have any understanding of tenant law and I want them to be aware that the issues they have complaints about are unreasonable and would'nt hold up in a court of law.
