The entity protection and trusts helped in my case IMO.Yep, I have some too, now, but what has always saved me was being a step ahead and having a really bad *** attorney, he chews raw meat and picks his teeth with nails, his eyes get red and he spits on the floor at thier feet, then they usually just walk away.....lol!

You can get around that amount by lending hard money on quality projects so it doesn't make sense to do other projects that chew up your time without getting at least a leveraged 20%.
