I've also used Messenger Bots to answer questions and engage with people who've taken quizzes.Now I am focused on email marketing to my relationships with realtors and mortgage loan originators to teach them all about hard money and digital marketing. 

However, for those who plan to utilize the systems and tools mixed in with face to face relationships, the model is truly golden.  2400 agents to 8000 agents in less than 14 months, the numbers certainly don't seem to paint a picture of a company destined to tank at the first burp in the market.

However, I don’t believe most Custodians or administrators would do this as your checkbook IRA LLC would stand on its own —thus that registration would generally be done by one of the managers of the LLC or an attorney or other professional if it was needed as explained by @Brian Eastman  I don't know who the service providers are...that's part of the question (attorney, registered agent, other)...could be cumbersome with numerous states.Sounds like it is NA though based on Brian's excellent reply. 

I'm wanting one to filter through county land records, identify owners, perform background check to identify any types of contact, then organize that into a excel spreadsheet and return it to me.

Build a relationship with the family and be patient. 

If he doesn't have experience in this type of properties, it might be hard to get financing as it does not quality for conventional financing and business lenders are usually looking to start slow and conservative with new account relationships.  

Take the time to learn the process before getting pulled in and definitely don't get blinded by high flying figures- Excel is easily manipulated.

If this is a relationship that you want to continue to use in the future and both of you will be the only equity partners in this, then an honest conversation about what each expects appears in order.
