Hi Jason, I can't help you with that but what I would do is cold call some title companies, realtors, re attorneys and ask them if they invest or could they point you in the right direction.

Thank you for your valuable comment and yes indeed, I am getting in touch with all the real estate agencies in the locality in order to present ourselves and our services and also talk about making possible developing alliances which will of course involve creating construction projects and raising capital (or finding financing).I will follow your advice and go to Oyster this weekend for an ice-cold Pacifico, and if I can be of any help here in Mazatlan please just let me know.
