I believe the property will have to be zoned for the number of units you have, and each unit will need it's own mailing address, otherwise you likely won't be able to individually meter for electric.

Their "contact us" address is a mobile home in rural Iowa, their website was registered late in 2019 and hosted in Germany, the employee names sound like the psuedo-english names african scammers come up with, AND its phone number is listed on a website for exposing Nigerian fraud: https://www.stop419scams.com/viewtopic.php?

Also cut back the info, less is more, if it’s just for contacting you maybe just an email and phone, address can go on back but you probably don’t want people showing up at your door, it just shows that your local but not needed.
