I was contacted by Edward Burns from Ohio who introduced himself as a private lender.

Has anyone worked with him? I just want to verify that he is legit.

Their "contact us" address is a mobile home in rural Iowa, their website was registered late in 2019 and hosted in Germany, the employee names sound like the psuedo-english names african scammers come up with, AND its phone number is listed on a website for exposing Nigerian fraud: https://www.stop419scams.com/viewtopic.php?t=8712

So, it looks legit.
