Creating Cash buyers list trouble

Finding cash buyers on PROPSTREAM, but when I skiptrace them, I can never find any numbers or contact info.. only other addresses... what should I do ? I’ve skiptraced at least 50-100 so far and kind of don’t just want to keep wasting money.
