Hey everyone,I have been looking at the Petersburg, VA area to as a potential rental area.

We would have to do a cash-out refi and convert to a conventional loan (so we can use our VA entitlement on our new family home).

The reason I'm posting this is because I'd like to talk to someone with experience investing in multi family homes and if someone in the Maryland, DC, and even the Arlington VA area would be willing to meet with me and answer some in depth questions that would be beyond great.

Yes Pay a VA to do it or hire someone on an out sourcing sight to do it for you. 

Apparently you can't get a 5th conventional mortgage. 2) If you buy were you are stationed you might have the added benefit of being able to buy with conventional (and possibly even VA loans).

VA4REI may be ok for cold calling, but I've had an inexcusably bad experience trying to get a general VA through VA4REI.
