If they stay, they stay,, You have no guarantee with any lease how long someone will stay.. it only guarantees the amount they are suppose to pay,, PEOPLE leave out of apartments everyday, with a year lease, month to month.. or whatever.. 

Now that USAA ran my credit score to try to get a loan am I suppose to go somewhere else and have them run it again?
