You're telling me the credit and default experts at a professional lending institution don't want to finance your buyer, why would you who know nothing about owner financing, credit, default rates, foreclosing, etc want to finance them.

I've never used a national company, but you can just google (state) + registered agent and you'll get a bunch of results for what you're looking for.

I believe the nation wide is $1000/month and statewide is $199 and up depending on the state.
