Selling land via Seller-Financing?
I have 10 acres for sale in Texas (listed on FSBO at $140k) . . . wondering if I could get more interest if I were to offer Seller-Financing. I DO have a mortgage on the land, so I'm unsure about any due-on-sale clause. Any guidance/advice would be much appreciated on How or IF I should offer seller financing!
The land does not have any improvements, but it is within a POA (private gated community, maintained interior roads), with power at the premises.
Thanks!
