What I did for my business was consulted a direct mail marketing services company in Toronto called Troi Mailing Services and they provide me with necessary contacts and that campaign was a great success.

You just need to be aware of this and be sure to consult with an experienced tax-professional before engaging in a transaction like this (I am not one and this is not a tax-advice). 

It's not really something I suggest unless they call me and tell me their power is cut off and that it is freezing inside the house.Yeah rightI was amused at the Executive Gas tanks (at a company we were consulting with) whereby all higher management get to pump free gas for their company vehicles.

I would at least consult with an attorney and have them investigate what happened.
