I have always used outlook my entire career for professional business I do use MailChimp to send messages large email lists for marketing purposes.A lot of people use active campaign and have success with that platform.

People lacking skepticism may fall for this, but they could be fooled on other platforms, too.

I don't want to make this a pitch for our business - there are almost certainly owner's reps and other construction pros in your market who can do all these things for you; I do feel confident they won't have the data that a platform like BuildZoom has, but it really comes down to your comfort level. 

It could be worth pursuing a platform that not only allows you to manage all of your units in one place but also allows your tenants to easily get renter's insurance quotes.

If your goal is passive real estate investing then investing with shared platforms or syndication are a great way to go but the returns will be limited and you won't learn as much as if you bought the property yourself and figured out how best to manage it.

And you do not know what platforms they are using.
