With the Amazon fulfillment center along I94 and other warehouses being built up your looking at a lot of job growth.

I ordered a bodycam from Amazon yesterday evening (after posting this).  

Its not like they are merely blogging or selling items on amazon.

Soon Amazon and Wayfair drones were circling our home like flies. 

You would really need the perfect storm for that to work right off the bat (i.e. living in a studio unit while the other units are a renovated 1-2bed with above average rent. 90% is still great and I don't think anyone would really complain about that, but it's not cashflowing until I move out. #3 - In terms of scaling quickly, I think it's possible with the money you have, however I don't think they'd all be A/B class properties.

This is just "those people" making sales pitches probably to make some more money and perhaps inflate their head some more.That "Poor Dad, Rich Dad" (whatever) book that I didn't bother to buy because the Amazon reviews seemed to make me think it had too much "upsell/sales pitch.
