Though I spent a fair amount of time researching on the use of "earcons" back in my {under} graduate days {when they were not common at all} I personally find most devices and interfaces too chatty these days ;-)

That is not an "executory contract".The new buyer needs to be protected in case the seller tries to sell it or re mortgage it, to force someone not to record something is not good.I would look for other deals if this falls out.

Force yourself to still save the money that you would have paid for rent and hopefully you'll be coming out well ahead.

I've always been forced by landlords when I was a tenant to submit the checklist before I move-in-- I could do it on the spot, or come back a second time.

Cities that were taking a pay-as-you-go model or that have been forced into that model by lower than expected investment returns will be forced to choose between providing services to their citizens and paying out pensions to their ever-growing set of retirees.

All I could think was 'his state must be so different... lol'.
