New college student from DE

Hey everyone,

My name is Tyler, a junior at the University of South Carolina. I'm from Wilmington, Delaware and am looking to start investing in real estate while still in college.

I'm here to absorb as much information as I possibly can. I want to learn all about the real estate investment world, and this seems like a great place to start!

I don't have as much money to invest as some people with careers who have already graduated, but I'm on my way and saving accordingly. Any advice as to where to start is greatly appreciated!

Feel free to email me, message me, or reply. I am a very motivated individual who loves to work towards goals. I am a leader at my school and in my community, and can't wait to get started!
