Meetup.com and Facebook Groups are the main way to find these groups.

I've tried using Facebook groups and have gone to meetups, but anyone I meet doesnt respond after following up or when I initially reach out.

Facebook Groups for investors.

I go to school at Madison, Wisconsin but live in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area outside of school.I was originally looking at opening up a Carrot site and learning as I go from them after many good reviews, however I want to learn the process a bit more before jumping in.I have significant experience in Facebook and third party advertising services as well as some deal analysis.

I just joined the facebook group, it looks like there is a lot of great people there.
