Newbie in Des Moines, IA

Hello! 

I've been in and around the BP community for a few years and I just want to say you guys have been amazing. There is so much information here that I have taken for granted. So I wanted to finally send out an introduction and join the group. I am new to the Des Moines, IA area but I am looking forward to learning more about the area and diving into Real Estate. After years of listening to the BP podcast I am finally in a position to make my first investment.

I am very interested in learning more about buy and hold rentals, as well as using the BRRRR method to come into properties with equity. My initial goal is to earn $5,000 a month through the Single family and multi family homes. As I am getting used to the area I am starting to network and and build out a team that includes Investor Realtor, Attorney and CPA. 

I look forward to connecting with people in the Des Moines area and learning a little bit more about real estate along the way!
