I find that most PMs rely on their MLS to syndicate to the other internet sites.

Right now it seems that it is a seller's market with a low inventory that have sent prices higher not that there are not still good deals out there.Also be aware of the Internet and how it works for optional sales so beware of people that sell others things they don't really need.  

With the power of internet you can pull any of this list online.
