As far as 1031s go, I doubt you'll see any change there as it's way too valuable for larger businesses than for RE investors.The first time I ever heard of a 1031 was back in the '60s (I didn't buy my first house until '71) and it involved the owners of the (IIRC) then Baltimore Colts and Los Angeles Rams trading NFL teams.

This skill is usually acquired over months to years of practice and any experienced thief knows he can invest a lot less time and develop easier entry methods that don't require hours of practice to stay effective.Basically stop worrying so much about it, buy a safe, bolt it to the floor, insert your valuables and make sure your insurance policy is paid.

That makes sense...So after all the paper work is done, a police officer will be assigned to come to your property and supervise an eviction where the landlord or a moving company will physically remove the tenant's belongings, and escort the individuals from the premises.I see this process hurting the landlord because of lost rent with the non paying tenant, as well as any damage caused.Thanks for the valuable insight!
