Hello all. I just signed up onto BiggerPockets a few days ago and just now worked on my profile.

I am ready to dive into my long time goal of being a real estate investor. I have only scratched the surface of the forums and articles and am excited to see such good, genuine information.

First and foremost, I would love to connect with someone or a few people in California, preferably the Central Coast or Southern California, who are walking the walk as residential and/or commercial property investors and/or wholesalers.

I think getting started as a wholesaler would be my best bet. I have some direction and ideas, but I could sure use some mentoring & coaching.

Since I live in a small town, I'm very interested in getting started wherever the opportunities are, be it in California, or in other states.

Feel free to hit me up.
