I want to focus on properties in university towns and rent to young professionals, junior faculty, graduate students. 

An instructor that has just been a guru student really isn't that valuable teaching old ideas.

I've been out to weather ford a few times, I used to have a drum set student out there.

We have spent the last year and half following the Market in the area on a daily basis, paying off over 125,000 in student loan debt, and saving for our first home purchase.I looking to get into rehabbing homes, flipping, and buy and hold once I gain more knowledge of the business.

It is two easy for the deadbolt to get slightly out of alignment and the power actuator become unable to {un}lock the door.We have been piloting the electronic locks on two student properties for almost two years now.
