your governmental body would probably have a position on what they allow, but i typically see an rv or two in mob parks, but not so much the other way around, as rv spots are much smaller and typically would not have the amperage requirements to run a full sized home.

150-200k ARV seems to be the sweet spot.  

I will make sure and become an expert at analyzing the numbers so I can spot a good deal when I find it.

Most of the surveys I see show at least some fence encroachment- I don’t see many where the fence is spot on on the line.
