I want to say Wichita’s population growth is mostly stagnant, I don’t know if anyone can speak of Wichita’s urban population growth rate @Jared Viernes.

The other advice I would add is I recommend you speak with a few banks and mortgage lenders and shop rates and make sure you are putting every loan option into your equation!

Can't speak to the west of the US, but in the east those types are banned in many places and treated as manufactured homes in others.
