I have asked a couple of Realtors to see if they needed an assistant, but I got shut down right away.

Whether in real estate, at a restaurant, when buying a vehicle or hiring someone to provide a service. 

It was hard to show a house with the kitchen cabinet doors painted shut.   :-)

I was forced to replace a brand new fridge that wasn't yet plugged in, the door had shut and it needed cleaned, but I had to show them a receipt for a new one.

Because I'm an idiot, I thought I would save some money by shutting the heat off in the other unit of my property (I live in Denver and it was bitterly cold this particular week).  

We took several SFR and did a 1031into a mixed use building that had apartments, restaurant, office and retail services.

When I am in town I stop the mailman, talk to strangers in restaurants, and grill the gas station attendants, people give me funny looks but I have no doubts buying out of state cause I feel I have a handle on things.  

I know there's one coming up next Wed at 9am at Pericos Restaurant just off 1604. 

BUT if you are sexy as us, and shake that booty when you walk flexing those pecks in our badass GMC super ninja turtle flip-mobile, yeah.. they will say "just shut up and take my money".
