@Michael Faudoa  In California, the assessed value of a property for tax purposes has no relevance to the market/sales price of that a property.

Since Europe/Sweden being a really different market i don't know what information is relevant and irrelevant. 

As others have said, you want you message to be relevant to the type of list you are targeting.

For example “on or before that date which is 30 days after obtaining approval from probate court” or whatever the relevant trigger is. 

I’m afraid something must have changed because code now states that 3 units and above follows commercial building code (R-2)I had hoped the case you cited Robert vs Holyoke was relevant to my case and it may still be but the wording in that is very vague , “not less than four units” is what they state. 

Seems like if you just stick to the relevant facts how could it be a problem?

I didn't go to college so I may be biased, but I can honestly say that I don't see how it would be relevant to the skills needed for investing/sales.
