The thing to remember is developing sources is a long term thing, its not something you just do once and then check the box. 

Only somebody with boots on the ground can provide that info, not Google or other access.If you wanted a cheat to just see ballpark cost, look at regional new developments that sold with similar attributes you desire.

I grew up in the triad area of NC before ultimately ending up in Raleigh for engineering school - I'm a mechanical engineer by profession.

I don't see how HOA fits into this but perhaps this pole is in a common area of the development which is maintained by the association?

I can't really find what she wants though where she's looking and there doesn't seem to be many rehabbed homes outside of some of the malta/ ballston lake new build developments so might end up trying to rehab something for her.
