To my dismay realized it was no longer zoned residential but Employment Center (EC). on the upper hand found out that the lot it sat on is 3acres bigger than i thought it was. turns out the small dead street is its driveway and there 2 residential houses and a couple of mobile homes on it.

On the large side, Wells Fargo and Bank of Hemet have mobile home park specific lending.

The "general conditions / mobilization" costs, etc., become proportionately more significant when building only 150 SF or so.  

We currently have 18 investment properties (SFH, Multi and Mobile Parks) which are all cash flowing, but that alone doesn't make this decision any easier.

I have some questions I am hoping you can help me find an answer to: We were recently notified after having an inspection completed (requested by our new insurance provider – Northfield is the carrier) by our local insurance agent that per NFPA10 (actual underwriter’s terms used) we would have to provide portable fire extinguishers at one of our rental properties that they just had inspected.
