Hello everyone, Im a 26 Y/O living in Miami FL, Excited about real estate and want to know where I can get a great creditable 63 hour Florida online class?

I decided to take an online course to meet the pre-reqs for my RE license.  

We've passed the original closing date and have not signed another agreement.

I wouldn't have agreed to this provision had I known that I wouldn't live there.According to the contract, the 1 year period starts from the date of closing.

Someone doing one or two properties simply can't achieve the same cost cutting economies of scale, nor do they have ongoing online and print advertising campaigns to help them find the best possible tenants.

I've seen  a couple articles online about people who have used Quicken Loans "rocket mortgage" and  suggest it is  very good for rates, customer service and being user friendly .Have you used Quicken Loans?

Just simply state that she paid rent, on X date, for X amount, to you, the landlord for X apartment, followed by your contact information.     

Does anyone use a good book keeper on line that I could pay to set it up and occasionally use?

If you have contractors you like doing business with all simple repairs can be paid online while you have your property manager look over the work.
