I agree with U.I bought some new construction in MS back in 2006 2007 for go zone tax bene's and these were slabs and I took the ones with the stained concrete floors.. those really worked.. cant beat up concrete the stain gets smudge but for rentals it worked.. carpet in bedrooms though was standard in those houses..

I’ve heard some people say that you can do small things like ripping up carpet to expose the hardwood or upgrading window dressings like curtains, but are there any other smaller renovation projects that have an oversized impact on the appeal of the property to your renters?
