How will an eviction affect a tenant.Donot put any thoughts of human factor/feelings here.Plz comment as you are in my shoes and you running it as a business Scenario: Had a flip project ,did 85k worth of rehab ,put on market in March of 2020,PANDEMIC CAME and we freak out .Listed for sale + For lease.Potential tenant came in saying they are moving from another state,Wife lost work due to pandemic layoff ,Husband has offer letter here in TX for 80k offer.They were selling their house and brining in 100k + want to buy house after 1 yr of lease (POTENTIAL TENANTS WHY Should YOU CONSIDER US LETTER) ,Good credit score ,No red flags on Credit report.

@Joseph Vaughn on the list of comps posted by @Jordan Wright, I sold 385 Fowler Dr on 2/25/22, I own a duplex on Freeman Dr which appraised for $210,000 in March 2022, and I own a duplex on Ashmore Dr that appraised for $180,000 in February 2022.
