Hello,I have a long term master lease on a 6 unit apartment in Pueblo, Colorado.

Upon receipt of the leases on 6/21 we were told that one tenant (tenant A) was a tenant at will under the same terms of their expired lease and were month to month at $1,200.00.

Then at the end of the lease switch over to a new lease..... that's clean etc.

@Joe Villeneuve her lease technically ends 9/30.

My lease states The only person(s) living in the Leased Premises is/are: (the husband & wife)  A.Any change in the occupancy will require written consent of the Landlord and may be subject to an adjustment in the amount of rent. 

Hey everyone,I am curious to know how do you get a seller to understand the benefits of owner financing/lease purchasing when presenting an offer.

I gave her an application and asked for it to be filled out and returned for whoever would be on the lease.

Owner wants to do a lease back agreement and will pay the lease upfront for 3 years with proceeds of sale. $136800 cash at closing!

You can rent or lease  a really nice big house in Milpitas for about $4.4k e.g.https://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/apa/d/large-execu...If the economy really tanks you can move out your Santa Clara tenants and return there.

Also, does anyone suggest listing our property in different ways -- i.e. leasing agency, old fashion bulletin boards, etc?
