Any tips on the appraisal process?

I'd be interested in hearing about how other tenant rep brokers organize their day AND tips/tricks and stories about canvassing for clients, especially in downtown office buildings.

I chopped alot of wood as a kid, if I were to make the same mistakes today, with the cost of materials, it would be expensive.

My day job is in selling construction materials, brick, block, stone, landscape, etc. for new construction and remodels.Owned a duplex years ago but being newly married at the time and then kids on the way, sold it due to lack of time and the cash flow was not good enough for property management.

I work with a kid who just rented a house for $1000/month.
