I figured I would hire a accountant and do my full due diligence on taxes after my first deal, as it is completely pointless to worry about taxes unless I am actually making money, however the day I close my first deal Id hire an accountant.Might not be completely pointless to determine what you're going to be paying in professional fees each year to retain tax professionals on both sides of the border, so that you can build that cost into your ROI calc to determine if what you're thinking about doing makes financial sense, or if you need more scale...Transacting across international borders isn't cheap.

I have a couple partners and theyre out of state...one international.......it takes a lot of trust, integrity and communication.....but its possible and once its going and operating like a well oiled machine....its unstoppable
