Investing in Canada - Areas with B/C Class Multi Unit High Growth

Hello BP Community. I am actually looking into investments in Canada, has anyone had any experience in this that can share some experiences. I am looking to do a 1031 international exchange, and since Canada is a bit closer and easier to manage, I am wondering if any of you have any experience in certain areas  in Canada. I normally focus on C multi units in up and coming areas, Kansas City, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis etc. Is there a similar area in Canada that I can start looking at?

Does anyone have experience in managing multi-units in Canada, taxes or even a 1031 International Exchange? Looking to spend 200k- 2M depending on the numbers.

If you have any contacts or information that would be great thanks!

Suzanne
