Hello everyone, We are two partners from Los Angeles, CA. Looking to invest OOS in TX,In which state should we form the LLC?, California Or Texas or any other state like Delaware or Nevada..... and if there's any extra taxes or fees for an outside state LLC investing in Texas, and also do we need a physical address in texas to form the LLC?!

Thank you in advance!

Hi Mark!
While there may be certain benefits to forming an LLC in your state of residence, they are but a fraction of the rewards you can reap from operating in a pro-business state, such as Texas, Nevada, or Delaware. This relates to a similar thread in BP, and I'll add it here:https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/best-states-forming-llcs
