Cost per Click $14.87  Leads have been sort of like bandit sign leads, 7 were listed on MLS...2 Were Junk leads (out of area)...and 4 were sellers not listed but little motivation and 2 were motivated sellers...wasn't able to close any of these , at least haven't yet.
