If you go commercial, you are going to have a balloon of some sort, but you can use the LLC.

Without an income it may be difficult for you to get any sort of bank financing.

Cost per Click $14.87  Leads have been sort of like bandit sign leads, 7 were listed on MLS...2 Were Junk leads (out of area)...and 4 were sellers not listed but little motivation and 2 were motivated sellers...wasn't able to close any of these , at least haven't yet.

I have been researching the sheets of information that they provide on their auction properties and there are liens of every sort and kind (banks, judgments, state agencies, trusts, estates, & many more).

We currently sort of do that with military.

Any sort of funding from some third party is a financed offer.
