However, some suggestions:  rent a junkyard dog, hire a patrolman, motion sensor high beam spotlights, board up all windows and doors with 3/4 plywood.Seriously--just try to harden the property and let the neighbors and local precinct know about your concerns, and provide a contact number.

I see in the Easton ordinance guide (link) requires "The City must be notified of any changes in ownership/manager within five (5) days of any change." but not whether a new rental registration is required.
