I'm looking to put a few properties into a Trust to protect my gamiky 'in the event'  Can someone guide me to a RE attorney?

Just remember reading a book you purchased from an author who is an investor might have some great ideas in it but they are selling that book and there is a lot of free information out there. 

Unless you have verifiable proof that the neighborhood is moving upward, this is a loser all day long, in my book.

I will be attending the REIA meeting next week to talk to more seasoned investors and I already know the great individuals of the BP community won't be shy to guide me when I ask for help. 

The investing education available here on BP and in good books will give you all the preparation you need in my opinion. 

Wanted to know if anyone have read this book.

So far my goals are to talk to 1-3 new people a day on BP, look for potential deals, read a chapter in a RE book, etc. 

One of the reasons why I feel they were cooking the books and inflating costs.
