Am I too late to game if I’d like to be retired by 55?

I have access to more capital, and I want to get away from my software sales career,  I'm passionate about my own business and I'm demotivated with the pressure of what I'm doing 7-5 (this is conservative, there are 65+ hour weeks that I'm being paid OT time on....)In a nutshell, I'm making more money in my 9+years of software sales. 

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

Definitely don't start the LLC...it's way too early in the game.

To make matters worse, a friend of mine likes to annoy me with bird puns all day, but I soon realized that toucan play that game.

I am new to the real estate game and this community, and frankly, about 3 months late with this post.

Or are we simply too late in the game?

I'm completely new to the game, so while I have been to a few REIA meetings in the past month or so, I don't have any connections currently that are GC or otherwise that I could "tap" to try to help me estimate repairs. 

It's the non-investors who buy 1 house per 30 years that don't realize the mortgage industry is a sales game.
