My names Hardik Patel, I'm 23 years old. i am just getting started in Real Estate investing  Industry i have some knowledge on wholesaling Rehabbing and Tax Liens and Deeds through books i am reading but no real world experience. i also don't have any capital and have never raised any either. but what i do have is an Unlimited Desire to Learn from other successful investors as well as a desire to becoming a successful Ethical  investor myself..what would be the best way to get my feet wet in the business, gain real world experience and build net worth?

@Jose Rosado Usually to avoid antitrust issues, MLS's will allow you access w/o being part of the REALTOR association as a licensed agent, but it'll cost at least as much and you'll have to agree to follow the code of ethics anyhow.
