I usually win the eviction but still lose in the end because I am still out a few months of rent which could total anywhere from $1,200 - $2400. 

Try to find something you can add value to.I also went to college, not that is mandatory, and I got a business degree that emphasized real estate.  

I see a win/win in the background on this and not so much as a risky maybe.

Very few students will actually meet the common "renter requirements" often emphasized here on BP.

The $1,500 might be the average, but he will have months where he wins big and other months where he LOSES money.

Maybe ask her, in support of her side, to show you some properties she found where the numbers work :) Then if she can't, there's your win and if she can, maybe she really did find some good ones.Good luck!

I can’t emphasize enough how much it matters whether a plaintiff’s lawyer can get to a jury or not.

I have always thought I would work with them and it will be a win win situation.

Leverage other people’s time to create inflowing deals create win-win situations.I really can’t say stick to a certain area, because deals are all over the County, and I think this post has already pointed out several.
