@Mark Douglas Many people have been saying there's a correction coming..for about 2 years.

If you're really close, you have a tight window, but you could in theory move back in for a month or two to hit the mark.

especially the ones that sell for 5 to 20k there will usually be a minimum fee of 2 to 5k . basically the same amount a wholesaler may mark them up.but what I see. is wholesalers tying something up then trying to make HUGE hits on one deal.
