14,000 and counting!

I just hit 14,000 in influence and am the first to do it, as I was also at the 10k, 11k, and 12k marks. (Rich beat me to 13k though)

I have enjoyed almost every minute of my envolvement here on BP and I just can't stop posting my appreciating for the work Josh has done on this site! It just keeps getting better and better.

Now we all know we don't physically get anything for the highest influence levels or being in the top 10, but it certainly dipslays to others that the ability to obtain such a feat is only accomplished with dedication, persistance, and the want and desire to succeed. These are the key ingredients to success in RE investing, so if you lack any of them, get more involved here on BP and invite everyone you know to join and be active. You will be amazed at the benefits you will encounter.
