Hi BP, I'm an out of state investor and have had trouble getting a spatial sense of properties through still images and short video clips my realtor has been providing.

This is known in Nashville as an HPR (Horizontal Property Regime).Lot Details Size - 50x150 lotZoning - R6 - this allows one or two dwellings with at least a 6000 SF parcel.

Great videos try YouTube the "Wholesale to Millions"  channel he is pretty good at showing you a picture about the day to day and what to expect.... and does great live videos on Fridays ..you can ask questions he has covered everything if you look at his previous videos as well.  

I've never made a youtube video before, but I want to start trying to get some material out...

He complained about that (a lot) but my only response was to send him a link to the video showing the move-out condition and offering to meet him in court.

However, it's zoned R5 for a single dwelling.

I watched tons of PrepAgent videos on YoutTube.

I'll be sharing some videos and posts as we begin demo mid next month on 3 lots.

Account Closed I can see where you are going with this idea and its super intresting, but I don't think your average agent has the same risk/reward structure that KW does from the video. 1.
